yeah i've had a similar thing for a couple years. works great. kinda scratches the paint directly above your doorframe but otherwise is pretty much awesome and doesn't fuck up the molding on the doorway. seems useless for situps/pushups/dips though.

- ok, if you look in the picture on the top, there are cross bars that brace on the side of the door. I'm not a scientist, but I believe it transfers the weight to the sides of the door. i dunno, its fucking magic and i do pull ups on it.

ab rollers are actually a really good way to build core strength.
check out this dude's [www.beastskills.com] website on bodyweight exercises
i can do about 10 dead hangs and 25 kip pullups unbroken. working on the butterfly kip

- yeah, that's why that blue ab slider thing up there is good. it's got a spring mechanism that helps push you back up a bit, so you can start using it right away with proper form, etc. that wheel on a stick thing, which I also had, is not for beginners. I actually hurt my lower back using the plain wheel on a stick ab roller device.
